Xavier University DIFT 2027 Senior Film Casting Call
16 DIFT (Digital Innovation, Film, and Television) seniors from Xavier University’s Class of 2027 are now casting actors for their Senior Capstone Films!
Xavier’s DIFT program is nationally recognized as the #7 Screenwriting Program and one of the Top 20 Film and Video Programs, with accreditation and recognition from the BEA Festival of Media Arts. This senior class has also earned the Audience Choice Award at the College Movie Festival for two consecutive years!
We’re currently seeking performers for a variety of exciting student film projects across multiple genres and roles. Please review the available characters and consider auditioning — we’d love to have you involved in our productions!
(These roles are unpaid, and voluntary!)
Step By Step Process:
Take the time to thoroughly explore the roles page, carefully reviewing the various options available, and select the specific film and role you’d like to audition for, ensuring it aligns with your interests and talents.
Click the audition form button at the top of the page. This will redirect you to a google form where you will enter information such as a headshot, resume, availability, etc. Please select the role(s) you would like to audition for.
Complete the Google Form and follow the embedded link to a SignUpGenius page where you can select an audition time slot. Please select a time slot at least 48 hours in advance to allow sufficient notice to our directors.
After signing up, be on the lookout for a confirmation email from Diftcasting2027@gmail.com with a Zoom link for the scheduled audition and the sides for your role.
